For a refund, please comply with the following return conditions:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED PRODUCTS RETURN!
returned products must not show signs of wear
the products must be in perfect condition and complete with all accessories (manuals, etc…)
the return notification must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
the products must be returned in a packaging that does not allow them to be damaged during transport
we reserve the right to refuse any product that shows signs of damage or wear
