Delivery Policy

  • The delivery cost of the products in your order is displayed in the shopping cart and on the “Order details” page.
  • For products in stock, national delivery is made in approximately 1-2 working days from the moment the order is invoiced and the AWB is generated in the courier’s platform. An order placed reserves the stock and will be confirmed by a human operator either the same day or the next business day. After order confirmation, you will receive an email/SMS with delivery details.
  • The packages will be delivered directly to the address indicated in the online ordering process or you can pick up the products directly from our headquarters in BARTIMEUS KOZPONT, Odorheiu Secuiesc, II. Str. Rakoczi Ferenc no. 40, 535600, Hargita county, Romania
  • The products are delivered exclusively on the territory of Romania. When European delivery becomes available, this service and the associated cost will be indicated in the shopping cart. For products that are not in stock, our support team will contact you to determine the delivery time based on stock availability from suppliers.
  • Sometimes exceptional situations may arise that we cannot control (crises affecting international and national transport, the relationship with our suppliers, situations due to the schedule of partner carriers that we cannot anticipate, extreme weather conditions, difficult access to the address, etc.). In such cases, we will quickly inform you of any delays or you can check the delivery status in your account.
  • All deliveries are made by authorized carriers with a national transport licence, complying with legislation on the protection of personal data, using the express courier service Sameday and DPD.
  • 5€ is charged for the courier service, except for orders over 200€ .

Return Policy

  • The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions and this Return Policy, being in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts. After carefully reading the lines below, please fill out the return form to speed up the whole process.
  • The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day they take physical possession of the product.
  • The return of the products by the consumer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of communication of the withdrawal from the contract by completing the contact form must be done with the same means with which they were delivered (using the same courier company with which the products were delivered). EMLA BLINDTECH SRL will send the courier to pick up the product/products, the cost of the return being re-invoiced to the Consumer plus an amount of 10 LEI for the processing of the return and its reintroduction in the inventory of the warehouse.
  • We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, box, pallet, etc.).
  • The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.
  • EMLA BLINDTECH SRL will reimburse in the shortest time the counter value of the product (maximum 14 calendar days) from the date of informing EMLA BLINDTECH SRL by the Consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return, provided that he has received the returned product within the legal term of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract announced by the consumer.
  • If an order is returned in full, EMLA BLINDTECH SRL will return the value of the products and the shipping cost with which the order was delivered to the Consumer. If it was a partial return (only part of the products in an order), then EMLA BLINDTECH SRL will only return the value of the returned products.
  • The refund will be made by electronic means (refund on the card account or payment order for orders that were paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer).
  • EMLA BLINDTECH SRL will be able to postpone the refund of the product value until the product is received, checked and the return accepted. The amount that will be returned will be calculated according to the integrity of the product and the possibility of being resold as a resealed product, but not more than -20% of the value paid by the Consumer.
  • According to GEO 34/2014, the customer must provide the complete data required for the return. The return address will be communicated upon receipt of the return request. It may differ depending on the supplier of the product. After receiving the returned product, a specialist will examine the integrity of the product and communicate it by email to EMLA BLINDTECH SRL

EMLA BLINDTECH SRL has the right to refuse the return in the following situations:

  • In case of replacing the purchased product with another product with different specifications or of a different type or serial number (SN or serial number);
  • If the return request exceeds the term of 14 working days from the date of taking possession of the good;
  • If a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. with all labels intact together with all the documents that accompanied the delivered product.
  • The identification labels of the product or the packaging or, as the case may be, the return label are damaged or missing;
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other elements;
  • If there were multiple identical products in the delivered order and all were unsealed and used. If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid, and the package will be sent back to the consumer, who will also bear the costs of resending the product/products.
  • If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (open packaging, missing accessories, damaged), we reserve the right to request a fee for returning the product to its original state, as the case may be, or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as resealed or, at the Buyer’s request, we will resend the Good, the delivery costs being borne by the Buyer.
